Isla was very lucky to receive a Royal Prince of her own, in the shape of Baby Annabell brother, Alexander. It's amazing to receive a toy that is listed one of Mum's top toy choices. He is so cute and has life like functions too. Isla treats him like a real little baby Prince and Noah got involved too! They played Mummy's and Daddy's with him and they were King and Queen, obviously. VIEW the POST
Last month we took a trip to the woods with my brother and sister, it was a lovely couple of hours as we don't do it very often. We had a walk around and the little people got to spend some time exploring with their Auntie and Uncle. It was an opportunity for a photo too. We recreated a photo from about 20 years ago and it did make me smile. Love my family very much and its times like this that give you nice memories. VIEW the POST
Noah seems to be growing more & more attached to little Isla everyday, he really shows interest in her now and names all of her things “Lisla's”. So he picks her bottle up and tells me it's Isla's, then puts it down on the table or gives it to Isla. You can see he loves her now and that he doesn’t remember what life was like without her. Although, when my mum or Daddy’s mum come over, they aren’t allowed to speak or hold Isla. He will literally stand in front of Isla, to block her if Nanny or Nanna pays attention to Isla. He does get used to it after a while though and he soon backs off. My favourite is when someone is talking to Isla in baby language and Noah clocks it, he walks up to that person and shouts their name until he gets their attention….
At baby group this week, Noah decided he wanted to play with the baby doll, this is a first for him, as he usually just plays with the bricks, balls and cars! It all started with the pram, he was pushing it around the room and then stopping every few seconds to kiss the baby doll's forehead. I found this to be incredibly cute, he has never done anything like that before. I don't know if it was because it was a baby doll or just something, who knows what the little people think about?, but it was extremely cute. Towards the end of baby group, he was sitting on the chair in the story time corner, cuddling baby doll and giving it big kisses on the forehead! This made me think about how Noah will be when his little brother/sister arrives, I never really thought about it before hand. I have obviously ...
