Yesterday we took a spontaneous decision to head to Wells-next-to-the-sea, my favourite beach, to let the dogs and the little ones have a run around in the fresh air and to have some fun in the freedom of it.
I love the beach and Wells especially holds some fantastic memories for me, as a child with my family and my lovely lovely Grandad and Grandma, and more recently it was the first place me and Hubby went to when we were dating. Lots of lovely memories and it makes me feel at home! It also helps that it is a fantastic beach.
It was nice to just let the children be free, run around and play happily alongside the dogs. The dogs love the beach just as much as the children do. They all look so happy running around.
I must admit Isla did want to get off the beach after about 90 minutes, she is still not 100% back to normal and she lost her energy I think, but I am glad she had some nice fresh air. Hopefully it will help to clear her runny nose up. I took the opportunity to get some fantastic photos of the pair of them – my little models.

I’m a Norfolk gal and have spent many lovely times here most notably with my Grandma and Grandpa aged 17 when they took me out to cheer me up after my first boyfriend dumped me, a school trip when I was about 10 and a lovely day with my now husband but then quite new boyfriend and his sister. x
