A gift of listening from Minds For Life for two of my readers

Minds For Life have very kindly offered to gift one of my readers the chance to get some valuable support in the shape of Counselling. I haven’t spoken about this publicly very much, but for the past 18 months I have received Counselling and it has been life changing. For some of us that’s friends and family but for me, having a professional to talk to, with time set aside to process difficult feelings, to share and unload with a neutral party, makes it so much easier to cope with everyday life.
