Keeping on top of my fitness

Keeping on top of my fitness

I have had a lull the past week. By that I mean I have not really done any exercise in terms of running, swimming or classes. I find it really hard to keep on top of my fitness when I have had a stressful day. The silly thing is I know that doing exercise will make me feel great afterwards! He is just amazing, just the way he is and I wouldn't change anything about him. I love ...
