I madeover Isla's bedroom and turned it into a princess toddler room, so it was only fair I did the same for Noah too. He loves his pirates and still loves his Thomas and friends, so I went down that theme. After spending two weeks in Turkey and a couple of boat trips, I feel completely inspired to explore the unpopulated scenery and the views from the coastlines. It looked completely magical and I loved the fact that we visited only places that you can reach by boat. Today we hired out a boat for the afternoon from St Ives, we took our picnic and our blankets (just in case) and headed out for some fun on the river. We have never been along this stretch of the river before, we always go to Wroxham, so it was nice to see something new. VIEW the POST

The first of May…

I am lucky enough to be able to work at my Grandmas house on Wednesdays and at lunchtime me & Noah fed the duckies (Grandma has a river in her back garden) and for half an hour I was in my little sanctuary. Growing up I used to love playing in this garden, by the river, by the pond or under the trees - it was a playground for my little creative and imaginative games and I can see that little Noah is going to enjoy it just as much.
