I cannot believe it – I am in my final year of my degree. It has been very up and down over the last few years, but now I am coming to the end of the degree I am very focussed on finishing. So, to kick off this new term I made the most of the 3 for 2 offer at Paperchase, here is my stationery haul….
I always like to try new pens and colours to write in, the Turquoise Pilot fountain pen is so comfortable and I just love the colour of ink. I use this pen for writing up my notes for assignments. I also use it for my thank you notes too! Having a comfortable pen for scribbling in tutorials is really important to me too – I find the mechanial pens from Paperchase really comfy to hold and they write effortlessly. They come in a pack of 8 and I love their pastel colours!
I love the Butterfly Garden pattern at the moment, it looks really quaint and is making think of Springtime! It isn’t far away. So, I got some useful stationery items from that range: Butterfly Garden Padfolio, I cannot live without a padfolio these days. It has a useful slot for notepads, an envelope to keep loose notes and another pocket for papers. But the best part is it has a clipboard on the front of it. I use this for so many things: tutorial notes, scribbling when I am sat on the sofa and need a hard surface and to keep important things in view! The Butterfly Garden Expanding Wallet is going to be essential in this final part of my degree as I will have lots of loose paper for the collaboration work I am involved in. The Butterfly Garden slip wallets will come in handy for keeping paperwork together too.
I might be a little bit obsessed with a list pad, they are perfect for making little notes to self when I write assignments or keeping a priority list of things I need to do for tutorials and activities. The Butterfly Garden list pad is really cute and I like the green pen.
One thing I did also purchase, albeit not strictly for my studies, is the Butterfly Garden Thank you note set, I really loved it and it’s perfect for saying thank you to all the lovely 40th Birthday gifts I got sent.
Some other little items of stationery I got as they always come in handy, are the pale blue sticky notes pad and the invisible tape with dispenser. I am always losing the end of my tape and this dispenser can be used again and again.
This haul came in just over ยฃ50 with the 3 for 2 offer. Which is really great as I got a lot of stationery for my money! Why does stationery make me so happy?
