I love reading Capture by Lucy‘s blog and every Wednesday she writes posts to support The Wedding Wishing Well Foundation, a charity that help terminally ill people stand beside the “one” and say I do. One of my roles in the Constant household is second photographer at weddings throughout the year to help my husbands business Custardface Photography. I have quite a collection of photographs that I have taken over the years and inspired by Lucy, I thought I would start to share them.
This weeks theme “Styles”
As you can imagine I see a lot of different styles and themes at weddings, some themes are very specific and allow for a lot of creative props and others can be very subtle themes, but still create that perfect atmosphere. I have a big thing about shoes at a wedding, brides, guests and especially the little peoples feet. I love little finishing touches: like creative favours, special items that might play a part in the wedding day, pretty flowers – all the things that make the bride and grooms day that extra bit special. So here are a few of my favourite photos of some of the props or extra special finishing touches that I have captured:
Thank you for taking the time to read this blog post, please if you can help in any way possible, The Wedding Wishing Well Foundation will be extremely grateful. You can donate here or share this post and raise awareness for an incredible charity.
