SKIPPYยฎ sent us two tubs of their yummy Peanut Butter: Extra Crunchy and Creamy. We love Peanut Butter cupcakes, funnily enough I can't eat it out of the jar (unlike my husband). If you want to do some Easter baking this weekend, or over the week, this is your recipe! The yummiest, moist carrot cake with a zangy cream cheese frosting, complete with carrot decorations. These are quite a bit of effort, but I think it is well worth it as they look and taste amazing. There is quite a shopping list, but I ordered all of the bits on Tesco groceries online and a neat trick is I used white chocolate chips with food colouring to complete the decoration with the orange and green which I thought was really effective.ย Did you know you can make a carrot cake in an Instant Pot?
