I love this photo, it’s not often we get a photo of the 4 of us. The children are growing up so quickly, it’s really important to me to capture these memories. Noah will be taller than me soon (I have heels on in this photo). 

This photo was taken the other weekend at my cousin-in-laws wedding. It was a wonderful day and the sun was shining.

We had a buffet breakfast at a local restaurant, 𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗸 around Priory Marina and then back to my sister in laws for afternoon tea and bunny cuddles.⁣

🍩 Anyone else looking 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 to some sunshine and a break from routine next week? ⁣

I have officially completed the academic part of my 𝗱𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲. I have to now wait until mid July to get results. I’ve never been so nervous. But I’m glad it’s done. I nearly gave up about 20 times over the last 5 months when we lost the pups 🐾 , but I kept going… ⁣

So, I’ve now got half term to relax and enjoy some well earned time with my 𝘧𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘭𝘢𝘮. Goodness knows the hours I’ve lost spending time studying over the last 3 years. 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗜 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱𝗻’𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 & I’m looking forward to sunny adventures this Summer.⁣

Very proud of my little man cub today… whose not so little anymore. He had 2 adult teeth extracted this morning, in preparation for a fixed brace fitting.

I knew what was coming to a certain extent but poor Noah didn’t. Thankfully the dentist knew the right tricks, he asked Noah to close his eyes so Noah couldn’t see the ghastly needle. 😱 Mummy on the other hand nearly passed out!

Then watching the dentist do a tug of war with 2 of Noah’s teeth was horrifying too. The force to pull out a tooth is quite considerable. I hadn’t really thought about it before. But the crunching sounds were 🤢. 

He didn’t faint, albeit he nearly did and he hardly complained at all throughout the day. He is super brave and made me very proud.

It’s horrible seeing your babies in pain. The worst part is Noah has to have 2 more teeth removed in a few weeks & he’ll know what is going to happen.😱

Noah said he’s going to be poorly on that day! Haha!

A not so nice story but I tried to make it less gory for those that hate dentist or are just squeamish.

There are two things I love in this world…yoga and writing. So it goes without saying that I have spent a lot of time thinking about how beneficial yoga is to me. I spend hours on the computer focusing in on creativity. I sometimes forget to stop sitting in stagnancy. As I write all about yoga, helping others with their health and wellness, I sometimes forgetto take care of myself. It just takes a few minutes on the mat to counteract all the abuse I put on my body from being a full-timewriter. My mind, body, and soul are rejuvenated. Today was good, quite chilly but a good day. I had lots of work to do in the office, which kept me busy and that is always a good thing. Then after school we had clubs and usual homework routines. It would have been my half-brothers 30th birthday today, so I comforted Dad after an emotional day at the cemetery. It was nice to hear him talking about the happy things he remembers, despite the pain he is feeling. Yoga helped me to unleash my emotion and file it away in that brain of mine!

My body tells me when I am tired, when I am aching and need a good stretch and when I am feeling ready to tackle the world.
