How to help your meditation practice

How to help your meditation practice

Meditation isn’t easy for everyone. Some take to it like a duck to water, whereas others take a significant amount of time to even gel with 10-minute sessions. Ways that Yoga helps a writer

Ways that Yoga helps a writer

Making the most out of your precious 5 minutes

My body tells me when I am tired, when I am aching and need a good stretch and when I am feeling ready to tackle the world. The feelings change depending on the week I have had and whether or not I get a good night’s sleep. VIEW the POST
