We all know the importance of keeping healthy, yet some of us need a little bit more motivation to do it than others, mainly our partners! For me it's the other way around as Hubby is brilliant at keeping fit and he has to motivate me. Quite often! Sometimes it can be a bit annoying that they can't do anything to look after their weight, or are just making sure that they are looking after themselves a little bit more than they actually are. Tackling excessive tiredness after exercise

Tiredness after exercise is to be expected. There’s even an argument that if you’re not tired after exercise, you’re probably not exercising hard enough. You have to be able to push your body, feel the burn, and then move past it– this is the only way that you can realistically improve your fitness. Of course, with all that energy being expended, feeling tired in the aftermath of a workout is surely normal?
