We felt so lucky to visit Boot Cottage in Iken a couple of weeks ago. We had an amazing weekend chilling in the Suffolk Countryside. As staycations go, it was by far a memorable one. Suffolk Cottage Holidays are all about the countryside cottages to encourage outdoor fun with families and that's exactly what we got. If I could of moved in forever, I think I would have. It was so peaceful, it was great to emerge myself into the present, mindfulness at it's best. VIEW the POST

We had a lovely afternoon at Wimpole Estates this week. We arrived just after midday and had a picnic by the main entrance, which was lovely and we spent the afternoon wondering around the grounds. It's such a lovely spot and a lot of fun for the children. You can walk for hours around the house, farm and woodland.  VIEW the POST

Country Kids – Bike Ride

Today we went on a 16 mile bike ride from St Neots to Grafham Water, we stopped at Grafham and had our picnic and a run in the park (a go on the slide and a few swing swings) and then we headed home again. It was a lovely 4 hours of fun in the outdoors and the kids both loved it, Daddy did too, Mummy hasn’t been on a bike for nearly 4 years and so I probably don’t have to elaborate on how I am feeling right now. …
