On Sunday we had our first trip to ODEON in Milton Keynes, we saw the BFG and it was a magnificent movie. I loved the cinema: comfortable seats, great family atmosphere and also great deals on snacks. Always a bonus. It is a relatively new cinema at the stadium MK, it was all nice and shiny.

ODEON are running Kids screenings every day during October half term (Monday 24 – Friday 28 October) bringing the magical world of cinema to even more families. There are a huge range of films on offer, which change every six to eight weeks, giving families the chance to enjoy a whole host of titles from big adventures to far-far-away lands from just £2.50 each, for the whole family. The films that are showing are The Secret Life of Pets, Finding Dory, The BFG and Pete’s Dragon. I definitely recommend The BFG, it was captivating. You can grab tickets for ODEON Kids screenings (with no booking fees) via the ODEON website: www.odeon.co.uk/kids.

If you want to go to the cinema, and not go to the kids screenings, there are some other brand new titles coming to cinemas this autumn giving families the chance to enjoy, including the animated comedy Storks, out in cinemas 14th October and the half term must-see Trolls, which arrives on the big screen 21st October. I am very excited about these new movies, looking forward to half term already!
