I love personalised gifts, Farrar and Tanner sent me some wonderful gifts for Hubby this Valentine’s Day. They have some beautiful items on their website, including things for Mother’s Day too (which is just around the corner). Here’s a little gift inspiration for you this February.
I loved these three products and I thought of the perfect personalisation for them too: Daddy’s Kitchen and Happy Valentine’s Day Hubby 2019. I wanted to make the things he uses everyday a little more special and the gift box is a nice keepsake for Valentine’s Day 2019.
Personalised kitchen items
I loved this Sabatier Mason Noir knife block, it is such a great idea as it sharpens the knives for you when you take them out and put them back in. No need to stand and sharpen the knives before use. The set includes two, different sized, chef’s knives, a utility knife and a parer. It’s a very striking knife block and sits nicely in the kitchen.
The Sabatier Mason Noir butcher’s block goes really well with the knife block and has the same personalisation on it. The block is carved out of white oak that works well as it looks really natural. It is used by professionals as it lasts a long time and takes a lot of battering, or carving, from those knives!
A beautiful personalised keepsake
I love a red wine, especially Chataeuneuf Du Pape and this keepsake is just perfect if you love wine and chutney. All I need to do is grab a nice block of cheese and crackers and the gift will be complete. Hubby loves cheese and chutney’s. I am looking forward to having a nice meal on Valentine’s Day and enjoying a glass of this wine to go with it.
The Cartwright & Butler chutneys taste delicious with a good cheese. The fiery tomato and chilli chutney and the smooth red onion marmalade taste yummy with crackers or as a dip on the side of a starter for example.
What are you planning on getting your partner for Valentine’s Day, I would love to know in the comments below or on social media: @mummyconstant.
