You know the good old song, a spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down. Well I have adapted it to my own little theory, a spoonful of honey helps the medicine become unnecessary. Completely. It might just be a coincidence, but since I stopped having sugar in my tea and replaced it for honey - I have not had any illnesses. The Constant household have been reviewing the honey products made by the Active Honey Company over the past couple of weeks and they have been liked very much, by little Noah especially. The Active Honey Company have just brought out a fabulous range of Active Rainforest honey from Chile, it is from unpolluted and uninhabited volcanic areas of Chile. We got the chance to review 2 products: the antiseptic spray and some very yummy edible honey. The antiseptic honey is very potent when applied directly to the skin, because it is raw and unpasteurised. It is sterile and can therefore be used on cuts and wounds, and it can also be used for dry skin, spots and blemishes.
