Mix the flour and salt together
Add the sugar and sultanas, mix well
Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients and add the milk
Mix this up until you form a dough
Roll out dough and cut using the scone cutters
Place evenly on a baking sheet and spread the beaten egg over the top
Bake for 12 minutes (or until browning)
Slice, add butter, jam and cream if you fancy!
