Fluffy chocolate and peanut butter cupcakes

- 1 jar 340g jar SKIPPY® Peanut Butter (Smooth)
- 230 g chocolate cake mix
- 200 g vanilla buttercream icing
Prepare the cake mix, bake and cool the cake according to the pack directions for cupcakes
Blend 100g peanut butter and the icing until smooth
spread evenly over the cupcakes
In a small microwaveable bowl, microwave a further 100g peanut butter on FULL (100%) for 30 seconds or until melted. Drizzle over the cupcakes.
