Fluffy chocolate and peanut butter cupcakes

Ingredients
- 1 jar 340g jar SKIPPY® Peanut Butter (Smooth)
- 230 g chocolate cake mix
- 200 g vanilla buttercream icing
Instructions
- Prepare the cake mix, bake and cool the cake according to the pack directions for cupcakes
- Blend 100g peanut butter and the icing until smooth
- spread evenly over the cupcakes
- In a small microwaveable bowl, microwave a further 100g peanut butter on FULL (100%) for 30 seconds or until melted. Drizzle over the cupcakes.
