Fluffy chocolate and peanut butter cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 1 jar 340g jar SKIPPY® Peanut Butter (Smooth)
  • 230 g chocolate cake mix
  • 200 g vanilla buttercream icing

Instructions

  • Prepare the cake mix, bake and cool the cake according to the pack directions for cupcakes
  • Blend 100g peanut butter and the icing until smooth
  • spread evenly over the cupcakes
  • In a small microwaveable bowl, microwave a further 100g peanut butter on FULL (100%) for 30 seconds or until melted. Drizzle over the cupcakes.
