Top tips on how to use the daily goal setter #competition

I love a list, planner and journal. I am a stationery fiend. I am all for mindfulness and decluttering my mind is a great way of doing that, so this Mål Paper daily goal setter planner was something I was desperate to try.

Decluttering your mind helps you to focus, think clearly and more effectively. I feel like I am really mindful of my weekly routine and I know that if I don’t look after myself then things soon get on top of me. Mindfulness is something that I think everyone should practice – taking a moment each day to reflect on what went well and what you could do differently. One of the ways I do this is by using the breathe app on my Apple Watch, it makes me stop and do breathing exercises – which actually helps to make you feel more relaxed. It’s amazing how powerful a minute of concentrating on your breathing can be.

A daily goal setter is a great way of trying to organise your thoughts, from long term goals to daily ones. I love the layout of the planner – it sets it out to streamline your thoughts from the longer term to the shorter term. I found it really useful. I also love the tips on how to prioritise your to do list – perfect!

I enjoyed thinking about my long term goals, I hadn’t taken the time to do that for a long time. The planner explains how best to set the goals too, so you get the best out of the planner. I also love the fact it is undated, as with most things I have the best intentions but I wouldn’t get around to it every single day – so making sure I get to it as much as possible.

This daily goal setter planner is £20.95, it is really great quality and the perfect gift for someone who might need to declutter their mind.
