Yes I know the weather has been horrendous, but there was 1 particular evening where the rain clouds broke and the sunset was shining through, so on went the stripey maxi dress and UGG boots – glamarous I hear you say and off we went on a little adventure to some local rape seed fields. We thought the yellow fields would look fab against the white & black stripes on my dress.

I love the fact that I have some photographs to look back on of the bump, I had this done with Noah too and I know I would have deeply regretted it if we didn’t do this with our current pregnancy. It is also a niceΒ comparisonΒ because Noah was due in winter and this one is due, well on Saturday, so meant to be a summer baby, so I have nice summery bump photos and wrapped upΒ winteryΒ ones from before!

My favourite photo from the evening shoot is this one:

I love it because of the sun setting and the way it shines across the field and through my hair, and my bump is almost hidden in the field which makes for a nice subtle bump photograph.

Below are some of the other photos from the shoot, now I wouldn’t be a very good wife if I didn’t mention that it was my husband taking these fabulous photos, Custardface Photography, he is currently working with Tickles Cambridge and they have a fabulous offer on until midnight today (Thurs 3rd May 2012) so make sure you take a look at the tickle http://www.tickles.co.uk/CambridgeΒ and also my husbands great website/blog:Β http://www.custardfacephotography.co.uk/
