This is a sure sign of what my 24 hours has been like: 0 hours of movement throughout the day and a lot of sleeping. My ear feels like it’s going to explode, it’s such an uncomfortable feeling. I’m very grateful to my hubby, who despite being poorly still, has looked after me all day and entertained the kiddies. 🙏🏻
