Gyms can be useful. There’s something about being there amongst other people who are exercising that can be pretty motivating. However, a gym isn’t the only place and the only way to keep fit. Our gym membership runs out in March and I am contemplating whether we need to renew it or not! Here are a couple of ways you can exercise without hitting the gym.
There are very few moments in a week where I get time to myself, during the day at least, which usually means that I have to listen to my body. My body tells me when I am tired, when I am aching and need a good stretch and when I am feeling ready to tackle the world. The feelings change depending on the week I have had and whether or not I get a good night’s sleep.
