Gyms can be useful. There’s something about being there amongst other people who are exercising that can be pretty motivating. However, a gym isn’t the only place and the only way to keep fit. Our gym membership runs out in March and I am contemplating whether we need to renew it or not! Here are a couple of ways you can exercise without hitting the gym.
Pet owners often lead very busy lives, and it can sometimes feel difficult to give dogs the attention they deserve. No matter how busy your schedule might be, you must look for ways to prove to your dog how much you love them. To do so, read the 12 ways to show your pet you care. Even if you only manage some of them a day, it’s better than nothing. Our pets are like children to me, I love them dearly, but I do not have hours in the day sometimes to get everything done. It’s a juggling balance.
I am a huge fan of Regatta, you probably know that by now and I wanted to share some fantastic offers and a range of items with you that are great for this Spring weather. Vibrant colours and clothes that are great for the colder days and the warmer days. My favourite season is Spring, we start to go out for our adventures and wander around places that we do not normally see and so having a wardrobe to fit is essential.
If you need any inspiration for gift ideas for Christmas and you have a Disney Junior Doc McStuffins fan then look no further, the Doc Mcstuffins walk n talk mobile is a great toy for the little ones, both Noah and Isla love playing with ours.
This weekend we took a walk in Godmanchester, there is a little park that leads onto a big open common, surrounded by the river and there is lots to do and see. We mainly had fun throwing grass at eachother, watching the trains and boats and we even stopped and watched the boats move through the locks. Noah was fascinated by that.
This weekend has seen a major boost in confidence from both Isla and Noah, we have been walking at every opportunity and talking at every opportunity. I can’t quite believe that both of my babies are hitting some incredible milestones, at what appears to be, at once!
My little dinky Isla Rae is going to be 1 years old in 2 weeks time, I remember when Noah turned one and I felt like the year had gone so quickly and in comparison this year has gone so much quicker. We have done so much this year, including a trip on an aeroplane and a trip to Wales for New Year; lots of family events and friends events where Isla has met lots of little people to play games with over the next few years and we have come so far in relation to being a family of 4!
> With only a month to go until the little lady is a whole 1 years old, we are making the most out of her being a “baby”. She still looks far too tiny to be classed a toddler – but I suppose the inevitable is going to happen.
