You may remember at the end of January I had an incredible #FeelFresh experience in London, thanks to Lights by TENA. They pulled out all the stops to make sure we had a day “feeling fresh” and learning how to make our own fragrance. It was a really great day and I got to meet some lovely bloggers. It was nice to take a day out and try something new: with a glass of champagne in my hand most of the day.
Yes it is the New Year and just because it is January, the guilt over our consumption of so many mince pies will kick in. Not just mince pies either, I have eaten my body weight in puff pastry over the past few weeks with Hubby’s mushroom and stilton wellington. Delicious! I guess we are all concentrating on how we are going to burn off those extra calories. But, while we’re busy working up a sweat, there’s one area that 61 per cent of us will forget to exercise – our pelvic floor!
It’s always nice to receive goody bags through the post. It was a lovely surprise to receive this package from Lights by TENA: full of useful items to get you out of those oops moments! lights by TENA created this kit full of foolproof solutions to make it easier to deal with everyday moments that will empower you and show the world that nothing needs to be a big deal, certainly not light bladder weakness! It got me thinking about what I use around me, day to day, to help me in my Oooops moments. You know, the things that you have in your handbag…
You know the ones I mean ladies: since child birth, especially when we are laughing or coughing? Yes the oops moment where you simply cannot hold it in any longer. Right from pregnancy stages with Noah I have suffered from this, a really glamourous subject I know – but it is big fact that us women do not often escape without them. I know its that taboo subject, but it’s just a part of life post-birth (especially after two).
