Because I am a bit of a geek I downloaded the iOS 11 beta version today and I am very excited about what Apple have been working on. I have been playing with it today and there is a lot of cool stuff that Apple have really thought about, from: the notification centre to the all new files directory and the new live photos editing. That is by far the most exciting thing for me! The new update works on various iPhone models, all of which you can get from EE.

Well considering I learnt how to crochet on Saturday, I think I am doing “ok”! I made myself a new iPhone pouch as my other one was ruined. I couldn’t see anything I liked in the shops, so thought I would just make it. I love it.
I recently came across the fantastic personal shopper app that fits right inside my pocket and picks out all of the clothes that I am interested in, in one fell swoop – Mallzee. I can use it when I am waiting for the children to go to sleep, when I am in the bath, when I am walking to and from meetings at work, when I am waiting in the doctors; it really is a great little app to have. I do not get time to shop like I used to and my friends are always working when I am too, so shopping with them is not something that happens very often – they were my personal shoppers before.
So, with the old iOS your photos were laid out in a way where you had your camera roll which stored all of your photos, dating back to the very first photo you took – bearing in mind you didn’t delete them. How many of you installed the iOS8 and think the same as me? OK, where have they all gone? Suddenly I could only see 30 days worth of photos…. and scream! Some of you probably haven’t even noticed yet – sorry.
Its week three, another challenge with my Canon PIXMA MG7150 and the fantastic facilities that come inbuilt – it is genius. This weeks #challenge 3, is all about the social media facilities that come with the app and it’s called “PIXMA Cloud Link” which is a great way of printing out your favourite photos from your social media sites.
I have recently been sent the most amazing printer money can buy, a Canon PIXMA MG7150 and it is the best family printer that does everything from set up easily to print your beautiful photos from your smartphones. I am totally in love with all of its fabulous settings and features, and the fact I get to use it for challenges set from Canon themselves is even better, here is #Challenge 1.
These little collectable and cute cube shaped pets are a great way to have a pet that is virtual and in real life at the same time. It is a unique idea that Flair have come up with and the kids were amazed when they saw their little cupet come to life… it works with your mobile/tablet device and literally springs to life!
I was recently sent a fabulous iPad 3 case to review from The Snugg, they are a great company that sell many cases for tablets and smartphones and they are really good quality covers. My favourite thing about this case is that it really does fit “snuggly” round my iPad and makes it easy to stand the iPad up into a brilliant viewing position without making it look like its going to tip over at any second.

A recent blog post idea from Seasider in the City made me think back to the labour room when I was giving birth to Noah and the iPod shuffle was on! I vaguely remember some of the songs I put on the iPod and I only remember 1 song playing from the time & that was Michael jackson – beat it!! Quite fitting really 🙂 The idea from Seasider in the city is to put your iPod or iPhone on shuffle and list the first 5 songs that come up… So the first 5 songs on my iPhone were: 1) Morcheeba – Otherwise. Hubby got me into Morcheeba, it was on our playlist when we lived by the beach and used to spend lots of time chilling on the beach. It’s such a chilled album and always makes me think back to our lovely walks on the sand, when we first started dating. 2) Earth, Wind & Fire – Gratitude. I love Motown! End of story… Reminds me of being a kid and my mum blasting these albums out on a Sunday afternoon! 3) Journey – Be good to yourself. Another genre of mine that I love is the 80’s, […]
