I love playing with the children and their toys, we draw together, play LEGO together, dolls and cars. It’s rather therapeutic for me as their Mum as well as for the kiddies themselves. Motherhood is a lovely experience; but, at the same time, there are certain things that new mothers tend to forget! If you have more than one child, then you already know the importance of playtime! But, new Mums need to understand the perks of engaging in playtime.
Noah & Isla were sent some fabulous products from the Disney Store to celebrate their favourite Disney Jr show; Puppy Dog Pals. We love that show. I asked the kiddies some fun questions about what the dogs get up to when we are at school and their response was hilarious.
If there is one board game to get this Christmas, it’s Disney’s “Guess the film”. We are huge Disney fans, so it is perfect for us. This is THE game for a Disney fan, whether you grab it to play when the family are together on Christmas Day or buy it for someone. I think Jumbo Games have done a fabulous job with this game, it’s lots of fun.
Everything in the house can be cheered up by a little Disney. In my opinion anyway. With my parents-in-law currently in Disney land Florida, it inspired me to think about what I could do at home. I love Disney. Here are some of my fabulous ideas of ways to sprinkle a little Disney into your home:
I have always been a private tenant, never owned my own house or had a mortgage. The thought of it is quite scary, but something is telling me it’s our time to get our very own house. Our own family home. Something that we can decorate, renovate and put our own little stamp on. Everyone around me is either on their second home, or renovating their properties and the results are amazing. It fills me with excitement that hopefully one day we will be doing that too.
I am sure I am not the only one in the world that loves Winnie the Pooh, I have been a major fan since I was small and I have passed that love down to my two little ones. I used to do anything possible to involve Winnie the Pooh throughout school, I remember one of my GCSE art pieces was a painting of the Hundred Acre Wood, it was a fun thing to paint. Due to it being Winnie the Poohs 90th anniversary this year, Disney have taken the Hundred Acre Wood in to the digital era by making it interactive on the Disney website.
Thats right, between 4 and 5 pm (GMT) I am hosting a Twitter party – #WheresyourTsumTsum, courtesy of The Entertainer, to celebrate the launch of the new Disney Tsum Tsum Squishies range that is exclusive to The Entertainer.
DisneyLife is the new digital membership service that is simply amazing, if you’re a Disney fan like The Constants. We watch Disney all the time, TV episodes and movies and with DisneyLife we can find it all in one place for just one fee per month. Another great thing about DisneyLife is that you can watch in on your laptop, Apple TV (via AirTime) apple devices and android devices as there is a really user friendly app – you can literally watch it anywhere.
I adore wildlife programs, seeing animals in their natural habitats with up close and personal footage that makes you sit and watch in awe. The narrators too keep you gripped to the edge of your seat. There hasn’t really been something on this level for the little ones, until now, meet Jack from Wildlife Jack.
Isla absolutely adores Cinderella at the moment, the Disney classic version and we went to the cinema to see the new film which is amazing. She was also very lucky to receive some beautiful goodies from the Disney Store to help her celebrate her love for Princess Cinderella and princesses in general.
