What better gift to give Daddy on Fathers Day, than one with the feel good factor? With The Royal British Legion’s Poppy Shop, all profits go directly to charity.  The charity does very important work, they provide lifelong support for the Armed Forces community – serving men and women, veterans, and their families. Such an amazing thing to do, considering all they do for us and their country.

There are lots of different ideas for Dad in the Poppy Shop, below are my favourite Fathers Day gift ideas:

For the Outdoors Dad

What better than a stylish rucksack to keep the picnic reserves in on those family hikes? The canvas and leather rucksack is ยฃ49.99 and comes with lots of pockets for all of the important knick knacks! I love the soft Cotton lining on the inside too. The adjustable straps make it perfect for all Dads. The navy colour works really well with the brown straps, a great combo for the fashion conscious.

For the Sporty Dad

I love the fact Hubby is a sporty chap. He is always out doing something fun: running, swimming, hiking and cycling. Cycling is his favourite at the moment, he has challenged himself to do the Snowdonia challenge where he has to cycle 390 miles in 24 hours. The Poppy Shop Cycling top is perfect for challenges like that – it is breathable polyester with a hidden zip at the front. It has the Legion’s slogan on the front “Live On” which is a great prompt for when he is half way through his cycling challenge.

For the Techy Dad

I love this retro style speaker. It works with smartphones, so it’s a great combination of old and new mixed together. It works through bluetooth technology so you can use it anywhere you wish: Dad’s Man Cave, the BBQ area or Dad’s Office! The dial lights up when it’s in use which I think is a really great feature.

For the Golfing Dad

If your Dad (or children’s Daddy) is a keen Golfer then look no further than the fun Golfing items on the Poppy Shop website. From base layers to packs of Titleist golf balls, there is literally something for every kind of golfer. I’ve been reliably informed with having a golfing Grandad that you can never have enough golf balls!

For the History Buff Dad

If you have a Dad who loves to sit and read the history of the First World War there is plenty of gifts online. There are books on the gas chambers, Egyptian campaigns and just general history books.

If you have any other fabulous Fathers Day gift ideas I would love to hear them in the comments below, or on social media: @mummyconstant.
