We were sent Cobra Paw, which is just a fantastically fun, family game. The children really love this game. It is hilarious watching them play it. The idea is really simple and quick to pick up, it’s great seeing them smiling and giggling together when they are playing. If you are looking for a fun family game, this is it!
Easy game to learn
Firstly, you set the tiles out on the table, face up. So you can see all of the shapes and colours on the top. Put them in a circle shape in-between the players. Making sure to put it directly in the middle of the players, of course! Then each player rolls the die, starting with youngest first. When it’s your turn to roll the die you simply have to find the matching tile from the pile in the middle. It’s a game of who spots it quicker.
It’s the first one to 6 tiles. But…. there is a twist. If you have a matching tile in your own pile then you have to grab that too, because otherwise your opponents could grab it off of you. So once you have a pile of your own tiles, you need to make sure you check them first.
