Valentines Day, February 14th, is not far away. In actual fact, it is just around the corner. I am hoping that Hubby and I will be able to get away this year and see the sights of a wonderful new City, well new to us. We are currently thinking about York. Getting hubby the right gifts for Valentines Day can always be tricky, as he has everything, but House of Fraser was a great place to shop. In mind of our trip away, these are some of my ideas…

We love getting out in the fresh air, wellies on and wrapped up nice and warm. Recently The Original Muck Boot Company launched a new range of children’s fun boots: the Hasbro collection. My Little Pony and Transformer boots in lots of small sizes, perfect for Noah and Isla, perfect for little children.
If I said to you personalised necklace, what would you imagine? For me, intially, it would be a beautiful silver necklace with engraving perhaps. But I recently discovered Jacqueline Ashworth and it has changed my idea of personalised necklaces completely. The Matilda Necklace is a beautiful family necklace that contains any combination of birthstones you require.
Recently I was introduced to a wonderful listing tool, Shoptagr, it is amazing, especially if you are a natural born “lister” like I am. I have listing stationery everywhere and for everything and this takes that stationery to a whole new digital level. You can basically browse through online shops tagging items that you love along the way, these items get added to your list and hey presto, that Christmas list is complete! Go on, create your very own list, it is really easy to get going and you’ll have a list of items in no time.
I recently received a lovely Coney sweater from Lighthouse, everything about it is just spot on. The style is great, it goes well with Jeans and wellies, or boots. The colours are great. I love the white and watermelon stripes. I love the floral inner lining too, its very pretty. It’s a great top for autumn/winter and would also make for a great Christmas gift!
I adore Autumn, it is my favourite season. Not only does everything look beautiful, but its not too cold or too hot. It’s perfect for throwing on a snuggly cardigan and a comfy paid of boots and jumping around in the leaves. This year I have fallen in love with browns and natural colours. Mixed in with my usual greys and my other love for burgundy. So when I stumbled across JD Williams, I was delighted to find so many wonderful fashion items.
As you can imagine getting a comb or hairbrush through a 4 year olds, wispy and curly hair in the morning. When you have precisely a 5 minute window. Can be challenging. Things got a lot easier when we found out about Tangle Teezers. Now we do not go anywhere without them. Noah has one for his hair (that’s not pink) and Isla has a pretty pink one with a headband pot.
In the previous post, we talked about how to supercharge your fitness motivation and reclaim your pre-pregnancy body. Just because you just had a child, doesn’t mean you can’t have a great time at the beach and wear your favorite bikini too. We’re nearing the end of summer as we speak, but there is still time to have a bit of fun outside. These next few makeup, skin and hair tips will help you look awesome in a bikini.
I had the pleasure of choosing some fashion items for Hubby recently from Mainline Menswear. It is a super website that has many mens fashion items, from over 85 brands all under one roof. They also work closely with JD Sports too! I chose a couple of items for Hubby to take on holiday and it’s great that he is still wearing them today.
Now the school holidays are over, a lot of people will be off on their summer holidays and making the most of the sunshine. Don’t forget to stock up on sun block/lotion. The ERiis range is a great, luxurious sun care range and full of great ingredients to look after your skin.
