Today Daddy woke up and went on his Kayak for 2 hours, took Isla swimming whilst I walked the dogs, cycled 20 miles and then played squash! I simply do not know how he does it. We rather spontaneously met up at Danish Camp for a drink and then I went to visit Grandma. It was nice to have a busy but not manic day. Lots of resting at the moment to make sure I don’t over do it! I love this photo of Isla and Auntie Lala.
