Today I went to Broga relaxation, its a late class but it was so nice to chill. We focus on our breathing which immediately makes your mind feel clear, I love being in the present. Not doing anything apart from focussing on our breathe. We did some stretches and pushed our bodies, but in a relaxing way. It was a great class.
